“We had a great experience with Salvatore as we prepared several wonderful dishes under his direction. We started with Neapolitan ragu, then made eggplant Parmesan, and finished with tiramisu. We got involved in cutting and chopping and all the stages of preparation. Salvatore explained many of the specific tricks needed to make the dishes simple yet extraordinary. We also made the pasta by hand, including rolling out the dough with the pasta machine. The results were spectacular, and we enjoyed eating them as much as making them. It was a very special evening!”
