Cooking Menu:
- Eggplant Parmigiana – A classic dish featuring deep-fried eggplant, homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a touch of stracciata for extra creaminess—simply irresistible!
- Scialatielli with Lemon and Fresh Shrimp Tartare – Learn how to make our traditional scialatielli from scratch, then pair them with a delicate sauce made with Sorrento lemons, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and a topping of finely chopped fresh shrimp for a touch of elegance.
- Polpetta di Pesce Locale with Velouté of Sorrento Lemons – A delicate local fish croquette served with a silky lemon velouté.
- Tiramisù Golden – A luxurious take on the classic tiramisu, featuring mascarpone mousse, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, cocoa, and edible gold dust.
